I like everything about this hotel.

Well thought after wellness area, with thermal water and large pools. Big variety of massage availabl, with well trained professional team. Very friendly end kind staff everywhere . Food is delicious with big variety to choose from.

This was a very enjoyable staying for me and my family. Staff is very professional, good food, many facilities. The room was large enough for the whole family. The hotel is recently renovated so it looks impeccable. if you’d like to have use the massage or beauty service make sure u book it upfront, before u arrive since is very solicitated

We have been coming here for 6 years, where my family and I have enjoyed every moment, perfect service, delicious food, the wellness department is fantastic. As a platinum card customer, you receive several discounts. The staff is always kind and helpful

Wonderful staff prepared me a snack bag because I had a very early departure and would miss breakfast. And spa services were quite good.

We spent 2 nights in the hotel with our 4-month-old son. The hotel is located in a quiet area, the staff is friendly, the rooms are clean, we could comfortably fit in the standard room with the baby bed. Breakfast and dinner are varied and full of delicious food. The hotel bar offers classic cocktails. There are a lot of elderly foreign guests, although this was not a problem for me. In the wellness section, the steam cabin is brilliant, not smelly, quite big and full of steam.

Really can not find anything else to say but that we had a perfect vacation here. The staff goes out of their way to welcome you, the food was better then I had at any fancy restaurant this season. Yes better. Very very comfortable bed, pillows. Great clean wellness area and pools. I just want to go back ;-) I wish we had more time then just six nights, loved the place and so did the kids ! We used the street carpark which was recommended to us by the receptionist and that was a smart move. The cost for carpark is HUF2600/day.

Not bad overall, though it can get very crowded. Be warned thoough that if you use the underground car park your holiday will almost certainly be riuned.This is what happened to us. Picked up the car with lots of scratches. The car park is simply inadequate. Terribly designed with spaces sa small you'll be lucky if you can get out of your car if a largeer car (lots of SUVs of course) is parked next to your space, When you tell reception when checking out they'll tell you to go to the guest relations office who in a kind manner promise to look at the security video and let you know in writing what they have found. Then a week later you get an email saying that the very thing they promised is not possible. The funniest thing was that a member of staff came to look at the damage to the car and said it was not damaged in the hotel car park. How he knew for sure is a mistery OR... probably they have done this routine lots of times over the years. Do not use the car park! Save yourself some stress and a lot of money in repair bills.
