"Ein tolles Hotel, das ich sehr empfehlen kann!"

I was traveling with my mum, and we both enjoyed our stay very much. What can I say, now I know why mum keeps choosing this hotel again every year :) An absolutely amazing hotel with comfortable rooms, a big spa area, fantastic high-quality food (don’t forget to try their desserts for dinner!) and very friendly staff who speak multiple languages. Location is top: the lake, supermarket, bus stop, shops, coffee places are all very close by! The hotel has a great view and I loved seeing gorgeous sunsets from our rooms every evening. I also appreciated nice bonuses from the hotel. For example, every day for lunch they offer a delicious soup to everyone free of charge - so great, especially in cold times! Besides, a free welcome drink was a nice gesture as well (and champagne for breakfast on the weekend). I highly recommend to everyone and will choose Europa Fit again next time for sure :)

"Alles in Allem hat es gepasst. "

Leider gab es bei der Ankunft Missverständnisse wegen dem Hund der mitkam, aber es wurde dann doch noch zur Zufriedenheit gelöst wenngleich etwas Teurer. Service sehr nett benahe jeder spricht deutsch und auch essen sehr reichhaltig und gut. Recht gut organiaiert und Zimmer geräumig und sauber.

"Vor zwei Jahren war es viel besser...."

Diesmal war es nicht so perfekt wie vor zwei Jahren. Die Dienstleistung des "Beauty"-Bereiches, Maniküre-Pedicure, Friseur sind nicht zu empfehlen, alles wird nur notdürftig und oberflächlich gemacht. Man reist ja sowieso weiter nach einigen Tagen. Kundenzufriedenheit ist nicht gefragt oder erwartet. Pool-Bereich: Keine getrennte, Umkleidekabinen oder Duschen. Sauna-Bereich: Von Urin stinkendes WC, mit durchsichtigen Türen. Thermal-Becken sind - wegen lauten russischen Gästen - nicht zur Erholung geeignet. Diesmal war der Aufenthalt im Hotel Europafit nur so lalala…..

"Family oriented hotel"

Nice place to stat if you have an apartment type room; regular rooms too small for two people unless you are a couple, married or not. Breakfast and dinner included in daily price. Many breakfast choices. Dinner was fair.

OVerall had a great experience. Felt relaxed the whole time. The included buffet dinner is a nice touch with authentic Hungarian dishes to choose from. And for the price, I would go back. Thank you

So war eigentlich alles ok! Nur sind wir uns vorgekommen wie in einem Pensionistenheim! Sind jetzt auch nicht mehr die jüngsten, aber das war ein bisschen schockierend!
