"Kiváló"

Kiváló hely csak ajánlani tudom, egyedül a vacsoránál van számomra egy kis hiba, amely szerint a magadabb szolgáltatási minőség érdekében a kiszolgáló személyzet szedi ki az ételt számunkra. Én személy szerint magam szeretem ezt megoldani a kisebb adagok és többféle étel vegyes keverésének okán!

Capitati per caso per breve sosta prima di andare a Budapest, abbiamo goduto appieno dei servizi offerti dalla struttura. Piscina, spa etc. Ottima esperienza. Vale la pena una visita al vicino castello.

"Urlaub wie er sein sollte"

Schon beim Einchecken machte das Hotel einen super Eindruck,der sich bei weitern vordringen in das innere des Hotels bestätigen sollte.Mit gleich 3 Pools und reichlich Liegewiese ist das Hotel reichlich ausgestattet die Mitarbeiter sind überaus hilfsbereit freundlich und sprachlich sehr gewandt. Wir hatten Halbpension gebucht und das war der Knaller was das Hotel zum Frühstück und Abendessen auffuhr war aller Ehren wert und hat jeden Tag super gemundet.Auch das Städtchen Heviz ist ein sehr beschaulicher Ort der aber allerhand zu bieten hat zu empfehlen ist hier der wöchentlich dreimal stattfinden Wochenmarkt wo regionale waren frisch und lecker angeboten werden .Also alles in allem sag ich auf nach Heviz ins Hotel Europa fit.

"Отель свежий, но..."

Отдыхали несколько дней с семьей в стандартном номере и апартаментах. В целом все понравилось. Часть персонала говорит по-английски и даже по-русски, что для отелей Хевиза редкость. Номера пока более-менее свежие, но уборка в них слабая - по заезду во всех белых полотенцах обнаружили длинные черные волосы... Кормят вкусно, выбор хороший. Но внешний вид шведского стола напомнил советскую школьную столовую с "раздачей"... Во многих отзывах народ расстраивается, что в ужин по HB не входят напитки и даже вода - так вот можно попросить официанта принести воду в кувшинчике - это будет обычная кипяченая, но бесплатная вода. Хочу отдельно отметить непродуманную планировку - такое ощущение, что при строительстве отеля его владельцы слабо представляли себе навигацию по нему - много узких длинных коридоров, особенно по пути в крыло с апартаментами. Хозяева экономят на электричестве, что не очень приятно - свет на этажах в крыле апартаментов включается только от датчика движения. Не солидно для четверки... По процедурам вопросов нет - все качественно и любезно.
