"Sickening. AVOID!!"

Nothing we left instantly

Check in staff called and said he was leaving at 11:30 latest even though in the questions and a sign on the door states 24hour reception, but he refused to wait and left my key to the room outside for me. When entering the room there were holes in the walls, blood stains all over the furniture, stains all over the floor, thick with dust and dirt like it hadn’t been cleaned in years and there were bugs in the bath!! They refuse to acknowledge a refund request from both me and booking.com… AVOID THIS DIRTY HOLE!!

The bed was comfy and felt at ease when I was crossdressed

Room was too hot couldn't turn radiator off or down had to sleep with windows open and eventually fell asleep naked on top of duvet cover. Also couldn't buy a drink at the bar as forgot my bank card and only had cash and they only take card for drinks.

Nothing.

Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Photos are misleading, property is disgusting. We didn’t even stay the night due to bugs on the bed, stains on the carpets and general dirtiness of the property. We were assured we’d get a refund through booking.com by the owners, however this has been disputed and we are struggling to get our money back.

I looked nice from the outside

The floor was a bit grimy, the bed was two single mattresses pushed together, and the shower was just a dripping hose.
