Breakfast was great, good choice and the hot food all hot and tasty. The coffee machine on the left had a problem with the pipes and it spat hot milk and steam all over me

Room 219 had a great view. The room was fine, tables were a bit sticky. The room is next to some sort of generator or pump room/cupboard which was incredibly loud day and night. 2nd night of my stay a team member entered my room as they thought it should have been vacant. This was 10pm at night. Staff member called to apologise but I would have preferred she just called in the first place instead of coming into the room. I was offered a free coffee but when I checked out she made no mention of it again and no free coffee. This wasn't much of an apology given you can take a coffee at breakfast anyway. Was disconcerting and I pushed the case against the door for the rest of the night. The shampoo/body wash in the shower was unusable, bizarrely it was full but the pump didn't work so they bothered to refill an unusable pump! Glad I brought my own. Room service food was cold and they placed it on the bed instead of the sticky table I cleared off which I thought was a bit gross

The room does not have drinking water , even biscuits to have for tea ,staff could have been a bit warmer,
