"A good value comfortable hotel right on the Quayside."

Staff were really friendly and helpful. Parking onsite was very convenient (but quite understandably has limited capacity).

A fridge in the room would have been really useful. The coffee machine in the breakfast area wasn't great.

The hotel was fine clean and tidy.

My wife has walking issues.i think we should of been told that there was no public transport to hotel we go bus from train station and asked to be dropped off at horel the driver dropped us as close to hotel which was a15 minute walkhaving to cross main road were there no paths .then we had to pay taxis prices £9/£10 at a time so a cheap over night stay turned out not so cheap.as i said a little email would of helped
