Location and my room had a bathtub plus very clean and a lovely view of the river Tyne plus a comfortable bed and nice and peaceful for a good nights sleep.

everything met our expectations. the room was perfect. location was ideal for our needs. breakfast was everything you could wish for. Overall the hotel staff and services was great. The hotel was a 15min walk into the city.

"It was clean, comfortable and the staff were friendly and helpful."

It was close to the conference I was attending. The staff were very friendly, the room itself was clean and comfortable. It was nice to be close to the river.

It was noisy with the windows open - the bins were emptied at 4.30am and the air conditioning unit was a constant hum. It wasn’t very easy to get a taxi as staff were often busy with checking in. My key card had to be updated twice.
