I like it that it was in the nature. You wake up into the jungle noises. They serve banana bread in the morning and it’s the best I’ve had.

I think the stuff could have been nicer and also that the kayak and rentals can start at 6/7 and not only at 9.

Piękny widok na góry z tarasu przy recepcji ... wysokoe lozko, ale bardzo wygodne.

Specjalnie zarezerwowałam apartament z widokiem na góry zamiast studia z widokiem na góry, bo powiedziano mi, że zapewnia to piękny widok na góry.. tymczasem nie miałam widoku na góry tylko na dom z przodu i trochę zaroki. Wybrałam apartament i zapłaciłam więcej tylko dla widoku na góry, a go nie miałam. Ten widok był dla mnie najważniejszy, więc to był minus. Ale ogólna atmosfera była dobra.

La struttura è in una posizione stupenda, immersa nella natura

Non credo possa essere considerato un 4 stelle, le camere erano abbastanza sporche, ragnatele sui muri, comodino appiccicoso, polvere… Il bagno senza nessun set di cortesia, un solo set di asciugamani a persona e nessun appendino per appenderli nel bagno, abbiamo dovuto appenderli nell’armadio… Il frigorifero con la porta difettosa. Camere totalmente non insonorizzate, sentivamo tutto quello che facevano nella stanza a fianco e si sentono addirittura i passi delle camere sopra… In ultimo era una camera con angolo cottura ma non c’era lo spazio per niente, abbiamo dovuto mettere sul frigorifero le stoviglie lavate perchè non c’era neanche lo spazio per metterle ad asciugare.

Four Days, Three Nights of Cockroaches The staff, location, and setting are excellent—but room 24 had a severe cockroach problem that overwhelmed everything else. On the first night, turning on the shower sent 30–40 cockroaches out from behind the curtain. From that point on, it was constant: cockroaches in the bathroom, cockroaches on the walls and ceiling, cockroaches in the kitchen, cockroaches on the counters, dishes, drawers, and even in my bag. Every night and morning, more cockroaches. I reported the issue immediately. Despite assurances, the response was minimal—two traps and delayed cleaning. The cockroaches continued nonstop, though numbers dropped slightly after I spent days killing cockroaches myself. Clear signs of infestation were everywhere: cockroach droppings, smeared cockroaches on walls, and cockroaches across multiple surfaces and rooms. On my last day, I still found cockroaches under the coffee maker and even on my pillow. For over $1,100, this was an unacceptable, cockroach-infested stay and the worst lodging experience I’ve had.

The view of the mountains on one side and the bay on the other is absolutely extraordinary. So were the beautiful sounds of the birds who live there! Loved the chickens & chicks & roosters running freely! Also loved the banana bread!!

The stairs leading up to our room should also have a side way to exit. Also They should offer real milk (s) to go with the coffee and tea verses the plastic non dairy creamers.

Unsere "Suite" bestand aus teilweise kaputten, abgelebten Möbeln die teilweise auseinanderfielen. Haare in der Küche im "sauberen" Geschirr und Geräusche der Nachbarn als würden sie im Zimmer stehen.
