Beautiful views of mountains and bay. Room was second level 2 b 1 bath very clean but very dated and sparse Bare bones Few kitchen item one kitchen towel Staff very friendly and helpful Noisy with roosters crowing at 5 00 am plus cars coming and going If find a cottage near water probably better

Paradise Bay Resort is not exactly on the bay, but a estuary that allows easy access and you can see the bay from the property. The grounds are secure , the landscaping attractive, and the public aresa are great for children. However, the layout can be challenging for those with mobility issues in that reception and most units are located along a steep hill that require going up/down numerous steps or walking on pavement with a fairly steep grade. The rooms include kitchen facilities and a porch or balcony for sitting outside. They are clean and function, though a bit spartan in decor. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioning was helpful during the heat of the day, and the wifi worked. Evenings were pleasant; however, in opening the windows you risked being awaken by a rooster before dawn. All in all, a relaxing spot away from the crowds

Its peaceful and quiet

A quiet, secluded location. Felt like the rain forest. We borrowed a kayak and went around the bay. You'll need to drive to restaurants and grocery stores...sometimes it was tough to get an Uber. The location is amazing!

We have stayed at this place once before. It is definitely not upscale but it is right on the water. It’s more like staying in a cabin in the woods. You can use the kayaks and paddle boards. The staff are pleasant and helpful
