ห้องพักดูใหม่ เนื่องจากเพิ่ง Renovate ประมาณปี 2023 รูปแบบ Modern Style การตกแต่งสวยงาม, ห้องพักกว้าง เตียงนอนกว้าง นอนสบาย อุปกรณ์ครบครัน, มีบ่อ Onzen แยกชาย-หญิง ทั้ง indoor & outdoor, พนักงานบริการดีมาก ใส่ใจบริการตลอดเวลา มีการอธิบายรายละเอียดครบถ้วน, อาหารเย็นเสริฟแบบ fine dining เป็น Set ที่สวยงาม และอร่อยมากๆ, อาหารเช้าเป็น Set ดูดีและอร่อยเช่นกัน, ที่ตั้งด้านหลังโรงแรมติดกับ Unzen Jigoku สามารถเดินไปชมได้ มีสวนญี่ปุ่นที่จัดอย่างสวยงาม,

เนื่องจากความใกล้กับ Unzen Jigoku มาก จึงจะได้กลิ่น Sulfur ลอยเข้ามาในตัวโรงแรมและในห้องนอนบ้างเป็นบางครั้ง แต่ก็เข้าใจได้ และยอมรับได้

시설도 깨끗하고 좋았습니다. 대욕장이 시설규모에 비해서는 그렇게 크지는 않았지만 노천탕고 있고 좋았습니다. 유료 가족탕도 3개 있어요, 50분에 3,000엔한것 같네요 아침에 남탕,여탕이 바뀌더군요. 아침 잠결에 실수할 뻔 했어요. 석식은 가이세키 코스요리가 나왔는데 일행들의 입맛을 빌리면 호불호가 있습니다. 무엇보다 직원들이 친철합니다. 이정도는 처음인것 같네요.
