総じて素敵な宿ではありましたが、何時間もかけてやっとたどりついたのにスタッフの方はあまり、空気を読む事ができず、長々と部屋の説明をしてくれる。せっかくの温泉が、翌朝９時までしか入れず、残念。チェックアウトにあわせて、ぎりぎりまで利用させてほしい。 そ

아쉬운점은 없습니다

We had an excellent stay for two nights, and everything was very beautiful and the staff were great and very welcoming. The surroundings are truly beautiful, and we enjoyed the onsen a lot!

If you are European, like us, please be aware that, especially the breakfast, is very Japanese style. We are sure that it was very well made Japanese food, but we had som troubles getting used to the different tastes and consistence… We went in July, and besides the hot springs you can get close, the town didn’t had much to do during the day. Be aware that the hotel has no cafe during the afternoon, so you have to be lucky to find a light meal during the day between breakfast and dinner. Lastly a small notice would be, that most of the staff is lacking English language, but they are very friendly so most of the time it didn’t matter. Also, I had to sign something in Japanese when we checked in, that I didn’t understand since I’m from Scandinavia. It would have been helpful to know what I sign before I do it. 😅

建物は、綺麗で静かでした。温泉も、いい！ しかし、シャワーベッドが残念

とても綺麗でモダンなホテルでした。朝と夜ご飯をいただきましたが、どれもとてもおいしかったです。館内用の籠バックがとても可愛かったです。ショップで買えると良いなと思いました。

Beautiful spa hotel with great views, attentive staff, a nice onsen, and great food

The onsen, located just behind the hotel, produces an annoying noise every 5-10min (probably a pump) that we can hear in the rooms. It's a shame as otherwise the place is very quiet. It stops at night though. It's a bit rich to charge extra for parking, given the price of the rooms

到着すると同時に丁寧な対応をして頂きとても良かったです。 ウェルカムドリンクで頂いた和紅茶と羊羹がとても美味しかったです。 お部屋も広くて綺麗でした。お風呂が浴槽に段差がある事が分からず滑りそうになりましたが、お湯はとても気持ち良かったです。お庭も綺麗に手入れしてあって早朝の散策が気持ち良かったです。朝食の白米がとても美味しかったです。

Really nice place and a great place to relax. Not possible to get the room completely dark in the morning, which was abit annoying.
