Century Royal Hotel

Very interesting fusion of modern and traditional Japanese themes in the decor of the property. Light controls, however, are inconvenient and confusing. Table lamp did not work at first, then came on by itself.

Best location and accessibility to train station and shopping.

酒店看上去好像有點兒傳統的感覺，即是有點古老，但是除了房間入口有點窄之外，整體舒適感，酒店細節位做得非常好，非常貼心，沖涼設備及睡床也非常舒服。真心推薦。

The hotel is just beside Sapporo Station and there is underground walkway link to it and no need to worry on getting wet during raining day and the cold wind. Quite convenience as the walkway have many food stall & shop that you can easily access to and also Daimaru is next to it. Highly recommended be it leisure or business trip and the room are quite spacious for 2.

Breakfast was great

The staff is very professional and friendly. They couldn't be any better. The buffet breakfast was delicious and we didn't get bored of the offerings despite staying there 4 nights. The hotel is in a perfect, central location. You really can't be in a better spot for getting around Sapporo...easy access to all 3 subway lines, the rail lines, and right by the bus terminal and taxi stand. Only downside of the hotel is it's a bit worn. Could use an update. It's still comfortable and clean though.

Rooms were very outdated and worn. Towels frayed and old. Location to station is good and that’s about all you are getting for the price.

The property is a bit dated and the wifi is slow but it’s comfortable and fairly pleasant.

The staff did not arranged what was agreed before and did not attempt to fix the problem.
