Century Royal Hotel

Hotel staff was very professional and courteous and did everything to make our 3 night stay memorable. Daily breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of Hokkaido specialties. Will definitely return to Century Royal Hotel when I visit Sapporo.

Great location connected to the train station and shopping/restaurants. Outstanding breakfast buffet, both the Western and Japanese options are tremendous. The breakfast is enough to bring us back. The staff is very pleasant and professional. Our family room is spacious, however, it smells like it’s a smoking room even though it’s on a non-smoking floor. The smell must have come through the ventilation ducts and it’s enough to be very noticeable. Overall, we’re happy with our choice of hotel and will return again.

Love the location, close to Sapporo station, Daimaru, Esta, malls and shops. Breakfast buffet was good. Great service! My bed was slightly reclining to one side though.

The breakfast buffet was excellent. Our first room we had was non-smoking but there was a strong smoke smell in the room. We requested a room change and a couple days later our request was met.

The Century Royal was very convenient to the train station, shopping and many excellent restaurants. The breakfast was outstanding, and we looked forward to that every morning. The carpet appeared to be well worn, and in need of refurbishing. However, everything was very clean, and we would certainly be return customers.

Location is excellent nearby JR station and shopping center. Breakfast is great!

Great location in lovely city. Hotel staff wonderful and best breakfast. Only dislike of hotel is smell of smoking through air conditioning! So many Japanese have gone nonsmoking now it seems. But lovely stay!
