Century Royal Hotel

It’s accessible from underground shopping walkway, so you have a choice of not being exposed to bad weather. Breakfast is excellent. We had large twin room and that is highly recommended.

Excellent hotel, would be better if they have onsen! Breakfast is the star for this hotel.

Great location and the room is comfortable! The breakfast is amazing! Both Japanese style breakfast and Western Buffet breakfast are very tasty!

Booked a corner suite for a family of 3 for 2 nights.The size and condition of the room and attached lounge was very disappointing, no windows at all in the corner bedroom - just 3 beds tightly lined up next to each other feeling as though we were in an underground bunker, looking run down and in need or refurbishing (even though at checking in reception told us that we were lucky as this 14th floor was one of the better and most recently refurbished ones). We reported this at the hotel. They said they had nothing better to give us. We asked for the cost of us upgrading to 2 separate rooms (both with windows please) but that was going to cost us more than double the A$847 we were already paying for the 2 nights at the corner suite. Given that the room looked very modern and well lit in the photos and what we got given looked hardly like it, one would have ecpected some consideration in the cost of the upgrade (we were not -although we may have been - expecting to have been upgraded for free). In conclusion, an otherwise ok hotel with nice breakfast, ok wifi, central location - score of 9 out of 10. As far as showing any real care in providing their clients with what they were expecting , 2 out of 10. Because of that, would not go bsck or recommend to others .

The room was pretty small, hardly much floor space to open up your luggage for packing or unpacking, or even to place the luggage.

Excellent location next to Sapporo Station and Daimaru Department Store. Buffet breakfast is excellent with both Japanese & Western items. Rooms are large enough and comfortable for a several-days stay. However, rooms could use updating. Front desk staff members are friendly and informative.

Breakfast was superb! Room is a little dated but comfortable. Close to Sapporo station. Very convenient.

Convenient to everywhere Train and Bus station, food and shops. Comfy bed and newly renovated rooms. Lovely stay. Highly recommended. 🇯🇵❤️
