The property is perfectly located just outside the old city walls. Great proximity- walking distance to all points of interest. Our room, was extremely small on the ground floor next to the spa. It was not clear the location of the room and size at the time of booking (web description).

This was truly a beautiful Hotel, in a prime location with an amazing view of La Cite, the staff was so kind and helpful with everything (Katlen is great)! Had a lovely time

Very nice hotel with excellent staff and great location for exploring Carcassonne. Nice breakfast, but a bit pricey. Major complaint was TINY bathroom shower. Perhaps 2’ x 3’ max. Would expect a 4 star hotel to be a bit more generous with shower area. Perhaps a bit picky - would stay again.

"Beautiful property right next to the old city"

Beautiful property just outside the medieval city walls. Unfortunately, Spa was closed for renovation both days I was there.

"Great location but a few issues"

Nice hotel with very poor WiFi reception in our room. Would not recommend the basement level. Noise from hallway and smells from spa. Amazingly close to entrance of old city/fort of Carcassone. Staff very pleasant. Parking $10euros not mentioned at check in.
