Wonderful boutique hotel overlooking a castle. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff was very cordial. They helped us find a great restaurant for dinner. The rooms were clean and provided many needed amenities. We had breakfast 1 morning and enjoyed it.

Rooms are very small. My wife and I were extremely cramped.

The hotel was comfortable and within walking distance of the Carcassonne old city and castle. Our room was very small and located pool-side-unfortunately, the pool and spa were closed during our visit. The hotel offered a fabulous breakfast, but nothing for lunch or dinner.

Lovely hotel and staff. With two suitcases and two people, it was hard to maneuver in the room.

Lovely hotel in a fantastic location close to the old City of Carcassonne

This property has an excellent location within walking distance to the castle. This allowed us to go back and forth easily several times throughout our stay for meals. We enjoyed the pool area, however, the jacuzzi was cold. Our room was well appointed for three people, but the shower was very small and water did not drain well. We would definitely stay again.

Carcassonne is such an amazing place, that I expected the hotel to be really nice as well. The first problem was that our room was not ready at 3 pm which was check in time, so we went to eat something and came back... they told us that the gave our room to someone else!!! The second problem is that the staff is so rude. They don’t care... and the third problem is that there is no restaurant at the hotel.
