My room (single room) was very tired and in need of some work. My parents stayed in a large room and it was very nice so it was just the single room that was very outdated. However you can forgive this hotel for most things because of the outstanding service. I have stayed in a lot of hotels but I struggle to think when I have received service as good as this. The restaurant was great and the food was outstanding. my thanks goes to everyone in the hotel.
