Borough Arms Hotel

i arranged this stay for my disabled sister that you made. her walk up stairs to a room. i specifically asked for ground floor. for her your hotel disgusts me. you didnt take her care serious at all.

Fab clean comfy room. Great breakfast available and the staff are all lovely.

Have stayed here many times. Very welcoming and friendly. Nothing too much trouble and is a very popular play to stay

The Borough Arms is a lovely place; considering it's on a fairly busy road the room was quiet and we slept well. The staff were completely lovely and we had a fabulous full English breakfast. My only negative comment relates to the room decor. The room was clean and comfortable overall, but I feel it could do with a little tlc and updating.

I asked for a room on low level and was fixed up with 1 Excellent in the rear carpark of the hotel Quiet room

Fair place, safe and secure, but several items desiresble. Towel rack broken and broken away from wall. Heater had an undesirable “clicking” about it. Other than those just minimalist and a little worn. Staff were quite nice.

Stayed as a cheap option in a good location. Most of the pictures of rooms don’t reflect the cheap rooms in the annex. We were warned to make sure doors were locked by hand, but the cleaner left the room unlocked for most of the afternoon with all of my work computer gear in - very lucky not to be stolen with rooms having external doors onto the car park. Still waiting for a call from the manager

I was welcomed and had lovely reception my room wasn’t ready but I was early I asked if they could direct me to the place I was attending they did so perfect. Food was good. Room was good for what I needed as I only stop for one night and the price was perfect
