"Miserable stay at a not very nice hotel"

Nice size room with decent bathroom but room was cold. Told central heating is off but can bring up an electric heater which was a bit smelly but ok.

We arrived late on Saturday & paid £19.95 each for breakfast for Sunday morning, plus £5 to park the car & told only applies to Booking.com guests, otherwise free. We received a call at 9:25 in the morning to say restaurant was closing in 5 minutes - on a Sunday? Receptionist informed us that they couldn’t do refunds at weekend & we’d have to wait ’til next week. All in all a fail- won’t be back! Hopefully we’ll get the refund.
