"Excellent"

Very conveniently situated for where we needed to be for one night. Pleasantly surprised with the quality of our room although it was a while before we realised we could turn the radiators on to warm up the room. Excellent breakfast!

"A lovely pub and hotel with very comfy beds"

We had an amazing stay. On arrival we were upgraded to a bigger room and the staff were incredibly welcoming. Very comfy bed, great breakfast included and very dog friendly. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Thanks to you all for a lovely stay.

"Shame "

Room was very dusty and not cleaned to a high standard. Missing items to make coffee and also no hangers. Breakfast looked good but was not cooked enough

"Delightful stay "

We booked this hotel for a getaway to celebrate our 18th wedding anniversary and it did not disappoint! We arrived earlier than the 3pm check in time and the lovely lady on reception didn't hesitate to inform us that as our room was ready we could check-in early. Throughout our stay the staff were so helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Thanks for the Sunday lunch recommendation Jack!!........The food was amazing. A lovely relaxing weekend and we will definitely be back!

"Great place To stay"

Great rooms clean and a high standard, fantastic food loved breakfast. Really accommodate vegans as we had one in our party. Staff friendly and attentive. Dog friendly with water and bowls available to help yourself. Would highly recommend the accommodation and pub. We are definitely going to book again.

"Fabulous pub with lovely rooms."

Nice welcome when I arrived, Rebecca and Henry were warm and friendly. breakfast is made to order and tastes amazing. Normal pub menu has great choice to suit everyones taste. Rooms were bright and comfortable and shower powerful. Large enough carpark for cars and vans.
