The breakfast was OK. Sufficient variety and plenty to eat. The location was ski-in/out, as is most of Avoriaz, so that works well. Just a 5 mins walk to the centre, which was convenient too.

We arrived late (8.30pm) due to issues in Geneva and could get nothing to eat as the kitchen closed. Not even a basic plate of food was offered. I had made one request up front, for a double bed. The room had two singles. I immediately requested it to be changed the next day. It wasn't. I left notes in the room for a 'grand lit' and finally on the third night we had one large bed, but the sheets were too small. C'est la vie!. At breakfast, the single coffee machine was slow, and queues formed in busy periods. It was the only source of hot water (for tea), too. Surprised that the staff also used the facilities during the guests breakfast. I could go on, but suffice to say that we experienced a tired hotel with tired staff nearing the end of the season.

Dear Sir/Madam, For a four-star hotel, it is unacceptable that rooms are only available at 5 PM, even when guests arrive in the morning. This reflects poor organization. If housekeeping indeed works from the lower floors upwards, this means that room 405 is systematically cleaned last. This is an inefficient and customer-unfriendly approach. The ski room is clearly inadequate for the hotel’s capacity. There is insufficient space, too little seating, and poor lighting. This urgently needs to be addressed. No matter how hard the breakfast staff member works, it is obvious that one person is not sufficient. The buffet is not replenished in time and tables remain uncleared for too long. Guests who do not arrive early are left with a half-empty breakfast. The breakfast buffet is far below the standard expected of a four-star hotel. There is no choice of eggs (only scrambled eggs with milk), no granola or muesli, and no fresh fruit. The fruit provided is of poor quality, often overripe or damaged. The half-board option is misleading. A surcharge of €10 is applied for meat dishes, while the price difference between fish and meat on the menu is only €3. This feels like a hidden extra charge. A “chef’s suggestion” is advertised, but it was unavailable on multiple occasions. For a week-long stay, this results in a very limited and repetitive menu. It's time for a new GM.

Very stylish Hotel, designed in the 60's, lost none of it's charm or coolness over the years... Good location to access the slopes and a nice jacuzzi and spa to relax after a day snowboarding, Staff nice enough.

I have to say that breakfast selection was very poor, no boiled eggs, no bread for the toaster for the 3 days, no bananas, and the scrambled eggs were horrendous. For the money and it's 4 star rating id expect a far better breakfast.

The staff is exceptional. Always trying to make best of our stay, The beds are comfortable . It is nice to be at the bar and the several places the the hotel has to rhave a drink, chat , read or just relax

The breakfast should be better . The scrambled eggs are very bad, the juices and the fruits are not good. Some rooms are realy small and the lightening should be better.

We had a truly wonderful stay at this charming hotel in the French Alps. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome, with warm hospitality that perfectly matched the cozy mountain atmosphere. People say the decor is tired however its the charm of it to have the rustic alpine feel so it didnt bother us. The hotel is ideally located right in the heart of the ski resort, just steps away from the slopes, which made getting out early each morning effortless. The views of the snow-covered mountains were absolutely breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The ski hire shops are all within a 5 minute walk or one opposite. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully decorated in a traditional alpine style. The bed was very comfortable after long days on the slopes, . The spa and wellness area was also a highlight — the perfect place to relax and unwind after skiing. Yes the hot tub isnt the hottest but it didnt ruin the experience, Breakfast each morning was great with a generous selection of fresh pastries, local cheeses, and hot options. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. We did half board so we had an evening meal, the only thing we would suggest is more veggie options as we are veggies Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a relaxing and memorable ski holiday in France, we highly recommend staying here. We would absolutely return! We would like to make a special mention to Melvin and issabelle they are such lovely people :-)
