Lovely hosts and immaculately clean

Wish they offered an evening meal but their breakfast was amazing

We were met by our friendly host Steve who showed us around. There is an honesty bar and a fridge in the dining room with complimentary water, milk and millionaires shortbread. Our room was light and airy and well appointed and exceptionally clean. The next morning we had a superb cooked breakfast cooked by Wendy and there was fresh fruit, cereals and juices on offer as well. The hotel is well placed for a short walk to the seafront and the Princess Theatre and has on site parking.

Clean, quiet, peaceful, immaculate, friendly. Lovely breakfast and very helpful 24hr honestly bar facility.

Given the really very high standard of this Guest House would be great to have a small cafeteria and coffee or ground coffee bags instead of Nescafé instant.

Tricky to get there by 6pm

friendly welcoming hosts, the breakfasts were amazing, especially the blueberry pancakes, delicious. Our room was spotlessly clean and very comfortable.

Shower could have been more powerful.

Wendy and Steve were the perfect hosts. The rooms were very comfortable, the freshly cooked breakfast was amazing, and the local knowledge was extremely helpful. The added bonus of freshly baked cake was very welcom also.

A warm welcome when we arrived, lovely clean room and the best breakfast! Wendy and Steve are fabulous hosts, nothing is too much trouble. This was our third stay and we will be back. Highly recommend.

Steve and Wendy were a very friendly couple, the breakfast was 1st class with homemade yogurt and Wendy always made cakes for the afternoon when we were back
