"Very disappointing experience."

The front desk staff was friendly but there is not a lot to brag about here.

The facility and our room was run down and dirty. The carpet in the hallway was stained and filthy. There was trash left in our room including a used teeth flossing tool left on the carpet. It totally ruined our confidence that we chose a quality hotel. We will not stay here again.

Customer service ! Tyler at the front desk is your shining star ! Bikers ask if they (Hotel) had a bike wash station ? Tyler jumped into action providing rags and a bucket to set up the bike wash ! When we were hit with a South Dakota thunderstorm the wing blew over a motorcycle and Tyler was right out there helping pick it up . His genuine concern for people to be comfortable and enjoy their stay was refreshing.

A little off the beaten path, but that provided a quieter setting.

Professional attitude of all staff. Except dining room person on Sunday morning. She was by herself and had a snooty attitude when asked if we could order off the menu versus the buffet.

"Radisson Country Inn & Suites a block away is MUCH nicer!"

Staff was REALLY friendly and helpful.

Hallways were quite dirty and rundown. One of only 2 elevators was broken, and the "working" one clearly wasn't quite right. My room door could not be locked except from the inside, meaning it was UNlocked any time I had to leave. (I did not ask to have it fixed or move though since I wasn't going to be away for too long.)
