Hilton Garden Inn Rapid City

My business partner and I stayed here for two nights and were treated with such consideration by all the staff. Although all their rooms with two beds were booked, assistant manager Tyler brought a comfortable roller bed up to the room and then exchanged the feather pillows for foam pillows to accommodate an allergy. Stacey, who worked the front desk, checked on us multiple times when we were having our delicious grilled walleye dinner on the patio and showed such compassion when our emotions overflowed as we were there for a memorial for a dear friend. Everyone we were in contact with went above and beyond for us.

We spent a week at this hotel in the room was wonderful. Because we are diamond members we were able to have $10 a day applied to breakfast. A yogurt granola fruit wall was $11 and the buffet is $16. Still, it was a better deal than eating out somewhere and the food was substantial enough that we were full the rest of the morning to late afternoon. My husband forgot my toothbrush and toothpaste, and they were able to provide something. The front desk was always helpful. Proximity to the interstate and all the other places we wanted to visit were very accessible. We would stay here again.

Very clean hotel! We stay with our pets and there is always plenty of room.for them to run outside! Great beds as well!!!

Efficient

Nice place, quiet, pool was nice, breakfast smelled delicious but I did not eat there. Rooms were clean and spacious. Bed was a litte firm fir me.

Mary at the desk was very helpful and friendly. She did her best to ensure I enjoyed my stay and pointed out the amenities in the hotel. Exceptional employee!

It was raining hard when we arrived after a long day of driving. We stepped into a little oasis with a fireplace going and a warm smile from the front desk clerk. Our room was comfortable and had everything we needed.
