"Horrible customer service"

I made a reservation mistake. I didn’t realize I had made the error until I digitally checked in. I called and they simply refused to refund my money. I thought I made a reservation in Sioux Falls but mistakenly made a reservation in rapid city, in which I just there for 2 days. This is a hotel that my extensive family and friends will never stay in when visiting the area

"We were disappointed."

The location and that our room was on the first flloor.

No complimentary breakfast coffee that was offered was cold so tried to use coffee pot in room it didn't work. The bathtub shower was broke had hold it just so or it would pull apart. The pool area was not clean and way too much chemicals used so we did not use it. We stayed here a couple of years ago and it was really good then but this time was not good.This hotel cost142 for the night and it was not worth it .
