Tuscany Villas Rotorua

We have stayed here before and we were quite pleased, this time unfortunately the cleanliness was highly disappointing. Our bed was hard and uncomfortable also

Didn’t really have much to do with the staff but the room was clean and had everything needed for a short stay. Bathroom was a bit dated and a new shower would enhance the experience but over all a good hotel for the price

Really quiet, great room, extremely clean. Close to everything, golf course, geysers, cafes, etc.

Friendly staff, nice and clean, big room with bath spa in the room. No lift, so if you stay at 2nd floor you need to carry your luggage up there

The TV kept turning off but we managed to fix it. Ceiling fan was next to useless but apart form that pretty good.

You can here your neighbours use the spa, or have a domestic at 2.15am in the morning. No Air-conditioning in the room, if you are close to a stairway you get all the noise from guests arriving late.

Right from the beginning the staff made us feel so welcome. The rooms are well appointed. Stove tops in the room we stayed in with large spa bath in the bathroom. Shower pressure was so good. Should mention we actually ended up staying at the emerald inn next door to Tuscany.

Good sized room, we had the spa room, paid a little extra for this unfortunately didn’t get to use it as the jets don’t work after 10pm. Bed was great, tv was great, room was generally clean apart from our toilet which clearly hadn’t been cleaned. Could do with a heat pump in the room, it was very cold with just a heater that can't be left on overnight. Overall it was what you would expect for the price with a bonus bigger than usual bed and tv.

We had a perfect stay at the hotel. The location is in the city centre, close to restaurants, cafes and shops. The rooms were big and comfortable. Large spa in the bathroom and sky TV. The stuff is helpful and friendly. Will definitely come and stay again there.
