The hotel itself wasn’t bad and the staff were helpful. We booked for three adults and were very disappointed to find one bed and a very uncomfortable pull out sofa. The sofa bed was so bad that we didn’t bother using it.

Tidy room with kichenette, dining table and full sized spa bath in the bathroom. Great blockout curtains. There's a small heater in the room which keeps it toasty. Daily house keeping. Room has two towels for showering and two towels for the spa bath. Main downside was that the bathroom fan wasn't up to the job. Any baths or showers made the bathroom soaking. The fan could be on for hours and not dry it. Have alerted hotel staff to same - they said they would get it fixed. Also. Shower pressure was great but will flood the bathroom floor. So don't leave your clothes on the floor.

Central location - close to the supermarket and walking distance to shops. Awesome, huge spa bath/pool in unit. Motel unit was clean and comfortable, although a little on the small side for 4 people in winter.

Clean and tidy. I had a small studio room which was great for a one night stay. Was hoping to get a bit of work done but the wifi was unreliable and kept on dropping out.

Unfortunately we experienced a number of issues, so much so, that for the first time I am actually leaving a review. We booked a two bedroom with two King beds, the room we were given had two singles, so were given a different room, however, this room had the exact same set up. Instead of moving a second time we just moved the beds together. The rooms need some updates etc, bathroom doors showing major wear, stains on netting’s, no phone at all in room. As we left the room for dinner the door wouldn’t close/lock, their maintenance were onto it straightaway, we stayed until we knew we could leave our stuff there. That night the heater we used was having problems, making some major noises. Went to open the couch bed and it had no duvet, wasn’t made. Found a couple of sheets to use, had to use my own personal phone to call reception to get a duvet, they brought it over promptly, but I found that it was a single under sheet padding, not a duvet. I used it still as I pretty much was sick of complaining...I went and used the top bedspread of our king to make it work. I got up late at night to turn the heater off in the lounge where my six yr old school n slept...and found that the plug itself was extremely hot...the plug above it had some plastic stuck in it and presume it was faulty. A real fire hazard. Mentioned it to reception when we left and they said they would get an electrician onto it. Was really not happy with the stay especially when I paid $270 for the two bedroom.

Rooms are large...Hot tub excellent though lacking in hot water during peak usage. Little lousy with soap replenishments..Overall, a comforting stay.

We enjoyed the lovely spa and the comfort of the room. The bed was nice and warm and comfortable. This stop over was a little exspensive but as it was a last minute booking we found it to be an excellent choice and would most likely book again. Many thanks

We paid a good price for the room, but I think because of this, we were given a very bad room, next to the staff laundry and there was a lot of noise from Saturday PM right through to before 7am on Sunday morning. Overall - would stay again but would not accept staying in Room 1.
