The team was extremely friendly, helpful, and flexible. The location is great, close to everything, easy to find, and there is a lovely bar in the building, really good vibes. There is tea, coffee, and water provided in the communal area on the ground floor, next to the chill zone with some boardgames, TV, and loads of cushions. Security-wise it feels very safe, as you can only enter the lift with your passkey, and obviously you need it for the room as well. I would say that if you want to use the locker in the room, you need to grab a lock, or maybe you can rent it. There is plenty of signage with what you can rent/buy, like towels, toothbrush & toothpaste etc, and there is shampoo, shower gel, and soap in the bathrooms. The rooms are clean and comfy. The bedsheets were amazing, and pillows and blankets were great, too. Will be definitely using again if/when I am back in Newcastle.
