If there's 2 if you staying for 2 days you should get 4 bath towels not just 2 then have to pay £3 per towel after that ?

All good, nice and clean…staff very obliging

Didn’t have photo ID which apparently is essential for check in (only old paper driving license) which seemed to be a problem. Strange as it may seem, even in this day and age not everyone does have photo ID

The common lounge area and free tea and coffee machine was fab. The in room lockers were surprisingly big- just remember to bring your own lock. Also loved the light and plug at each bedside.

Too soft a pillow for me - but I know that's personal preference. Lack of kitchen/fridge which I've come to expect in a hostel

The beds were Comfortable although the "double bed" was 2 twins pushed together which meant there was a dip in the middle!

Funky fun room with a very comfortable bed and 4 pillows, and lovely towels. It was a 5 minute walk from where'd the Flix bus from Leeds dropped us off and a 15 minute walk to the central train station. They had complimentary coffee and hot water in the morning as well as a to-go simple breakfast bag.
