Palazzo Premier Hotel

Ideally situated very helpful staff, very clean, comfortable, good food and Vi fi available.

Everything excellent

Decor is good, restaurant can do with upgrade to reflect the same. Breakfast had good selection but quality not what I expected from a Palazzo.

Hotellet var lige midt i byen indenfor gå-afstand til det hele. Personalet kunne Engelsk. Var vældig søde og opmærksomme. Iflg Ukrainsk standard var priserne høje men de gjorde alt godt.

I had recently stayed at this hotel for a few days. I did not know it was part of the Premier Hotel group until my last day. The service was great and very friendly and helpful. The cleaning was good also. Breakfast was good. As for comfort, the bed was a little too hard for me and the pillows were not thick enough. Daily room cleaning is good, but they pay no attention to the mini bar. This was an area the hotel could have really capitalized off of me but failed.

Nice Hotel with clean rooms and nice restaurant with attentive staff

It was a great hotel. The staff was very helpful when I needed to reload minutes on a SIM card for my phone, and spoke English well. The only bad thing I can say about this hotel is the shower was hot and cold... constantly changing. It would go from too hot to too cold with very little adjustment. The breakfast was great and the restaurant also has a great staff. I would definitely stay at this hotel and recommend it to others as well.
