Palazzo Premier Hotel

We arrived around midnight, and on our drive to Poltava, I developed an unexpected need for some immediate medication. We checked with the lobby staff and were told there was an all-night pharmacy nearby. The woman at the desk was most helpful offering all sorts of aid, and even went outside with us to guide us to the pharmacy. We were visiting friends, and this was our second stay at this hotel. There will be a third.

Well pleased with my 7 day stay at Palazzo Hotel.Staff very friendly and helpful and all speak and understand english...As for breakfast Ukraine sausage and bacon totally different to UK but there is ham ,tomato slices ,croissants ,toast ,cereal and juice on offer...Room very clean,fresh towels every day,mini bar and safe..Same day laundry service and will even arrange the cheapest taxi transfer from Kiev to hotel....Only ate in restaurant once in evening and the steak was very tasty .....

Superb experience, a really beautiful Hotel within walking distance of the City centre. All the staff are friendly, polite and very helpful. Rooms are lovely, clean and comfortable. Great facilities , the gym was an added bonus. Fantastic breakfast buffet included. Will definately be staying here again soon.

I enjoyed my stay in Palazzo but there was 2 things that disappointed. There was no comfortable chair where one could recline and read and the three or four days I was there was not long enough for them to get the TV working. Nevertheless, a successful stay for me in the hotel.

I had a changing schedule that the staff handled exceptionally. The staff at this hotel were just amazing. They truly provide service that went beyond the normal. Such a great attitude towards customer service , seemed to be customers first. I needed cash at atm but was confused on the language. One of the staff walked two blocks with me in very windy cold weather, to help me with the atm.. I will be back.

Lack of hot water. I couldn't take a shower in the morning. The pillows are rock hard foam that gave me a massive headache two days that I was there. Each day woke up with a migraine and I never get those. Extremely thin walls and windows and I heard street noice all night, cleaning staff above me pounding at 8:00 AM and you can hear neighbors quietly talking. Restaurant is drastically overpriced and service is horrible, even though the tip is added to your bill.

We had a weekend visit to Poltava to visit friends.
