"Visit Poltava just to stay in this hotel"

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in. The only fault was that the air conditioning was not working in my room. Business room (computer and printer) was great. Restaurant was first class. Staff were friendly and helpful, and spoke English.

Being abroad for the first time in Ukraine brings out multiple questions. The staff was over-the-top and more than helpful and multiple venues of accommodation. I would highly recommend this hotel. Discrete, Friendly, Proffesional, .... Impressive!

"Close to city centre"

A really fantastic stay. The staff both in the hotel and the restaurant couldn't have been more helpful. They all went the extra mile to make sure my needs were met and my purpose for being there was successful. I will certainly be staying with them again.

"poor wi-fi"

I had to go to the lobby to use wi-fi. Not good. Good wi-fi is a must to be in the business. Now matter how comfort the room is, it is pretty bad that you have to leave that comfort to stay in the lobby to use internet
