Palazzo Premier Hotel

Nice hotel. Service was pretty good. Hotel staff were friendly and helped me with any questions I had.

This hotel offers a very nice accommodation and is located just a few blocks from the city center. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Everyone whom I dealt with there did his or her best to be obliging. It was a very pleasant stay. The restaurant that was a part of the hotel served very good food at reasonable prices.

Having traveled around the world, one thing I have learned is not to try to save money by staying in a cheaper hotel in the Ukraine. That is why I picked the Palazzo Hotel to stay in Poltava. In a conversation with a pilot from a major airline on my way back home, he confirmed this very fact; that travelers should not stay in less than a 4 or 5 star hotel in the Ukraine. I agree with him completely. The service was great and the staff very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the city Poltava. Compared to some of the prices of the some of the much inferior hotels in Kiev, the Palazzo was a bargain.

The hotel staff were very helpful & most spoke English. The hotel breakfast is good & worth having, it will set you up for the day. Unfortunatly the Wi-fi in my room was very week & I could not use it & I had to use my laptop in reception & their restaurant.

Generally satisfied with my one night stay in this hotel - the location was in walking distance of the centre of the town and many bars/restaurants as well as the Metro (which I did not attempt to use!). The room was basic but clean, although did not include a hairdryer. Wifi worked perfectly both in room and throughout the hotel. The breakfast was ok, nothing special but had a wide range on offer. Staff were helpful and all spoke English. Many ladies of the night congregate around the bar on the second floor though we did not experience any problems. Would stay here again, given the reasonable price in comparison to similarly rated hotels and the good location.
