Palazzo Premier Hotel

The room was excellent. The shower was good. The bed was comfortable. Everything was clean and well maintained. The food in the restaurant was very good. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others and I will stay here again.

Staff was great, help whenever you need it. Bar was not stocked, so check if they charge you improperly when you check out on credit bill to dispute. Safe is confusing. View is good, location for clubs down street easy access.

The staff were extremely pleasant, helpful and low-key/calm. Breakfast was good. Very convenient for all the nice walking tours you can do of the city. Close to a medium-sized 24-hour grocery store (in the basement of a shopping/office complex at the end of the block.

a pretty good hotel in the center. A bit difficult to find if you drive, but is well known in the city. Clean rooms, friendly service. What is special about it is a restaurant downstairs - must try !

In the internet advertisement, it was mentioned that if you book the junior suite (sounds better than the reality), the guest would receive a gift upon arrival. There was no such thing! When I inquired later on at the reception I was told that the "gift" was the 50L bottle of water on the table!!!

I found the restaurant food to be great. Be sure to have the breakfast special. Wait staff understands some English as does reception and they are friendly and are willing to go some extra for the guest.

The Palazzo Hotel is the right choice to stay in Poltava. Clean, nicely renovated premises, with a touch of a classic Ukrainian style within the lobby, hotel rooms and restaurant. It has a conference room for 50 occupants and a meeting room for about 10 people. Rooms have flat screen TVs with a cable package including CNN, BBC World News and Discovery Channel. Free WiFi is included. Friendly and courteous service available around the clock. The restaurant offers an extensive menu tailored to customers visiting from America and western Europe. Located downtown within the walking distance of major tourist attractions. It is worth the money you pay. Thank you Palazzo!

Fantastic. Close to everything and beautiful neighborhood.

Very nice, modern hotel in the city center. Room was quite large by European standards. Hotel staff shows much better customer service than most hotels in former Soviet Bloc countries. Most of the front desk staff speak good English. Especially helpful were Tatiana at the reception desk and Evgeniya in the restaurant. Only minor complaint was having to make daily requests with front desk to get central air conditioning activated.
