Noosa Pacific Resort

VERY disappointing... Complete false advertising of room - photos did not match what room we were provided. Very highly disappointing, no compensation was offered to support poor room. Furniture and decor very outdated, bedroom sliding door broken, curtain fell down on us. Poor communication when reaching out to staff - disgusting customer service. Giant spiderwebs and spiders on the trees right outside our balcony. Was not value for money for what we were paying. Do not recommend and highly disappointed.

There was nothing outstanding other than being in Noosa

We had a view of the caravan park which we did not expect and were the very last set of apartments of the block. There was also a car that looked as though it had been dumped and had not moved in at least six months.

Unit 5, great location, well appointed apartment. Minuses, sticky floors, dirty dishes, lipstick on glasses, carpets not vacuum, draws in walkin robe broken, no bolts in door (saftey), soap scum in shower. As far as hire equipment goes, canoes, paddle boards and gym equipment are broken and looked like they have been for awhile. Tried to Inform management, but all the woman could say is this is a self serviced apartment. Also smelly towel in front of window in stairwell and railing broken in stairwell. Family members also had issues, even the penthouses span and sauna not operating. Unfortunately I won't be able to recommend this resort

In hospitality, excellent hosts provide unexpected "surprise and delight" features for their guests. Unfortunately, Noosa Pacific provides "surprise and disappoint" instead. Out the outset, let me confirm the actual apartment was excellent .. clean, well furnished and a good size. However, we were there for four nights, and were supplied one 30mm square tablet of soap and one tube of shampoo between two people. On the third day when we requested additional supplies the request was denied with the comment that additional provisions would only be issued for stays seven days and over. Most unsatisfactory, as was the supply of coffee, again exhausted by day two. We also did not appreciate being woken at 7.30am each morning by the groundsman using his blower vac. By contrast, we then went on to Hervey Bay staying at Villa Venetzia on The Esplanade for four nights. The apartment, although considerably cheaper, was larger and equally well equipped, but in contrast to Noosa Pacific, enough toiletries and beverages to last weeks. As is our May habit, we will return next year, and we know where we won't stay in Noosa and where we will stay in Hervey Bay.

Beautiful, comfy apartment, well fitted out and lovely and clean.

The gardener firing up his leaf blower etc at 7.30am. Also toiletries a little sparse, 1 small tablet of soap and 1 shampoo and body wash for 2 people for 4 days wasnt enough. We did ask for more but were refused.
