Clean, nice grounds, close to jetty to fish, slept 6, fair sized rooms, modern decor,

The master bed was awful- needs a new mattress, the pool was not heated as advertised, spa could’ve been hotter, the “garden” view was a tennis court, very small unit when you’re a family of 6. The living and dining space was squashy. The sink in second bathroom was so high that kids couldn’t reach it so was unusable. No spare bin bags. Family of 6 staying 3 nights so need more bin liners..

The floor was tiled. It was polished and was like a skating rink. The couch was dirty the blinds x2 had black splatter marks on them. One was missing entirely - the bathroom toilet holder broken. Just disappointed really -

Good spa!

Didn't like there was limited toilet paper, dishwashing liquid and washing powder. Didn't like paint chipped on the wall. The broken hat rack and clothes airer.

Comfortable beds and big apartment

Bathroom and kitchen are both looking a bit tired, they have obviously revamped the furnishings of the apartments recently and they look nice and homely but the fittings are still a little tired

Location

Felt old. Holes in the wall (you get used to it). Bathroom light got damaged. Reported it but no one came to look at it. Access with bikes or heavy stuff not as easy.

Stayed in a garden view room on level 2 of the walk up block. Stairs were difficult with luggage however reception did warn us about that. We were not able to check in until around 3:30pm due to an error which the resort apologised for. We were fine with that however their checkout time is 9:30am. I have never experienced an early checkout time like that. I was disappointed we were not offered a late checkout considering there was a 90 minute delay for us to check in. The apartment was well appointed however there was some basic things ignored that stand out to customers. No toilet roll holder, rust in the bathroom and on the shower shelf, dining table is badly marked, switch for cooktop was dodgy, kettle was black inside and in need of a clean. The bathroom is very small especially if 4 people stay in this 2 bedroom.
