Beautiful apartment exceptional view

Beautiful renovated kitchen and Bathrooms

The location was perfect being on the river waterfront with amazing views from the family waterfront unit. Beds comfortable but not set up as booked with a queen (2 singles instead) and the stairs to the master king bedroom were spiral and difficult to navigate with a suitcase. Staircase definitely unsafe for young children or people with poor vision or any limitation with their mobility. Pool was sparkling clean and very pleasant when not full of guests. Unfortunately the service was less than expected for 4.5 star accommodation. Pre-arrival information was sent to the wrong phone number, but this was resolved upon arrival. Stickiness on the carpet in places and rubbish left in obscure places from previous guests. Office hours very limited on the weekend and sadly no hire of beach items or kayaks etc was possible on the weekend.

The location was good

We were shown online a far superior apartment than what we were given. Maybe because it was booked through a third party booking.con. There were no kitchen condiments as you’d expect in a self contained full apartment such as this, staff were rude and unhelpful, trip hazards everywhere with broken tiles and carpet, linen was crap, beds and pillows old should be thrown out, shower was budget, crockery budget… yet we paid top dollar for this apartment. Complaints went nowhere Never again
