The location and facilities

The staff were no where to be seen. No one answered any of my voicemails for requests for more waste paper bin liners for example. Very poor service. Our son could not sleep on the single bed as it was so uncomfortable he had to sleep on the lounge for 7 nights

Great location. Nice looking apartments. The bbq area was great for our large group. Gorgeous views in waterfront apartments/pool side.

Trying to contact the hotel via phone was extremely difficult, I was trying for weeks, they rarely answer and don't call back when you leave a message. Staff were not helpful. Not adequate towels in the rooms for number of people or floor. Only one key for multiple groups in the apartment. The pillows were very hit and miss.

Lovely view over river, good location, away from the main centre (Hastings St) but still central to everything, nice pool area overlooking the river. Spacious apartment with own washer & dryer plus bonus of two balconies with free carpark.

The kitchen was not clean. Microwave, Oven and rubbish bin had food scraps in/around them

I’ve stayed at Noosa Pacific Resort several times over the years, but after this most recent visit, I’m afraid it will be my last. What was once a reliable, enjoyable spot has now turned into a place I wouldn’t recommend to anyone – not even a dog. The accommodation itself was a letdown. Our unit was clearly in need of maintenance. It was run-down and lacked the attention to detail you would expect from a property that markets itself as "world-class luxury." One of the major issues was the air conditioning, which was broken upon our arrival. Instead of being notified in advance, we were greeted by a large, clunky portable air conditioning unit that took up significant space in the room and sounded like an aircraft engine. Not exactly the relaxing environment we were hoping for. To add insult to injury, there was ongoing painting in the foyers and on doors during our stay – with no prior notice. We only found out about it when we arrived, via a note on the counter. The painters didn’t use drop sheets, and when we returned to our unit, there was a fine layer of white sand everywhere from their sanding work. It required a thorough cleaning on our part – vacuuming and wiping down all surfaces to get rid of the mess. But the real frustration came with the lack of customer service. The office was often unstaffed, and when we did find someone, they were unhelpful. I was told to put all complaints in an email, and when I asked for escalation, I was brushed off. One staff member even told me, at 4 pm, that she didn’t need to handle our issue because she was "about to leave for the day." Absolutely shocking behaviour from a supposed luxury resort. I wrote a detailed email asking for the issue to be escalated to management or the owner, but my concerns have been completely ignored. For a place that takes full payment upfront, there’s no accountability or effort to address issues when they arise. Plus no discussion around recompense for our substandard unit. This experience was a far cry from the quality service and accommodation I’ve experienced in the past, and sadly, Noosa Pacific has lost our business – as well as the business of two other couples who were with us. It's clear that new management has no concern for customer satisfaction or proper upkeep. If I were an owner, I’d be deeply worried about the lack of tenants and the apparent decline in standards. The car park, usually full, was barely half capacity during our stay. In short, Noosa Pacific Resort is a complete omnishambles. I would not recommend it to anyone, and I strongly advise looking elsewhere for your stay in Noosa.

Friendly reception service; helpful with tips for out dinning and shooping. The rooms definitly need upgrading; rusty sinks; squeaky doors; dusty vents; outdated shower heads and smelly blankets.

Overall the place is very good. Fully furnished with washer and dryer and nice appliances. Small general store ten minute walk. 25 minute walk to beach. Bus stop close by. The gym is not well equipped and not air conditioned.
