Location, very quiet and peaceful. Given a late checkout

Wifi didn’t work, told by receptionist to phone provider and sort out the issue ourselves. No fan in very small bathroom, created a lot of steam and moisture.

Stayed for three nights. The view down the river and out to sea was beautiful, enjoyed watching the bird life and water craft and wonderful sunsets. The rooms are a good size and the parking was secure. However, the place is in need of a serious update and thorough clean. Our room was very dusty and knocked around. Would be amazing if it was renovated and cleaned properly.

I was disappointed we were tucked away in a room out the back. No view. No orientation to the property.

For the price I should have just payed more for a closer to town property.

Facilities and how clean the apartment was and newly renovated

The girl on the front desk. Sends me away for a credit card and then O come back with an American Express card and she says she can’t accept that. I had already paid for our stay! And the email on the check in didn’t say no Amex. The girl then said “no need to be rude” when I said in a frustrated voice “that’s the only credit card I have!”

The locations is nice , not very quiet (caravan park next to the property)but The view is amazing specially morning Access to the water right next to property or if you take the room with water view is on your door steps

Not cleaned The sheets and pillows and blankets were stained and not washed I have to do my own washing the moment I waked in the appointment Kitchen the same issue Cups glasses stained Coffee table and dinner table had cobwebs Overall the room was not presentable for the money we paid

Location of our townhouse was on the corner next to a vacant block so very private with a perfect view of the Noosa river

The locked BBQ, if guests are not permitted to use the townhouse facilities like the BBQ why have it on display on the balcony, a perfect spot to cook meals and enjoy the out side balcony. We found this really odd ! Mixed matched cooking pans, some of them didn't work on the electric induction cook top. No Condiments, salt pepper tea coffee sugar etc
