"Good"

Busiest & most expensive weekend of the year yet staff office closes midday Sat & Sun & only open for a few hours every other day. Makes hiring any water sports or tennis equipment almost impossible. They are also happy to push back check in although insist on check out earlier than most other accommodation (9.30am). Several internal lights not working or flickering making them unusable.

Location

Obvious lack of interest or care to even investigate the option of early checkin (we arrived less than 30min early) nor late check out (9:30am checkout is stingy), despite invitation on guest paperwork to do so a day prior, etc, and the space was clearly not at capacity / busy. Dishwasher clearly doesn’t work so we had to hand wash everything before use and oven needs maintenance.
