Northumberland Hotel

I thought the area was nice; it wasn’t too far from the centre. It met my needs for a short stay.

The windows had no curtains to block out the light

It’s not worth the money. If you’re a light sleeper it’s very noisy - boiler/water noise & thin walls to your neighbours.

We really enjoyed our stay at the hotel, thank you so much for everything

Bus stop is literally at the front Can reach city center/rail station after a few stops That’s the most cost effective thing i noticed.U don’t have to book any taxi to reach main city. The shopping mall is at a walking distance-another big advantage Surroundings are nice and calm The receptionist a good nice person,check in instructions were clear .

The kettle was malfunctioning No clean water for tea or coffe The shower is inside main room -a bit awkward The bed mattress literally sinks down when u wake up in morning-probably not a good quality one The bed frame is not very comfortable The curtains were short in length so that they didn’t stop the sunlight coming inside room,so if u need a dark room for good sleep ,not a good option The property didn’t reply when I requested for early check in -Agree my fault i reached early,but had to wait outside property—-so don’t check in early
