Exceptional decor. The buildings are beautiful and the artwork was like a cultural art museum.

Fabulous and welcoming space in the heart of SAM. The proprietor and her staff were gracious hosts and tended to every need thoughtfully and thoroughly. The art gracing the walls, inviting seating areas surrounded by fountains, beautiful flowers and singing birds, and comfortable, clean and unique rooms made our time in San Miguel extra special and the fascinating history of this former bordello added to the memorable stay. Highly recommend.

Beautiful boutique hotel near the centre with shops and restaurants within easy walking distance. Original art work and local decor enhance this historic bordello making it a very special environment. The staff and owner are outstanding, with opportunities to build relationships and experience in-house events. The delicious morning breakfast includes fruit/yogurt/granola and a revolving egg dish. I've stayed there three times, each over three weeks, and we've already booked for next year.

Wonderful accommodations. The staff and Barbara were friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in (Pepita) was lovely and cozy. I’ll be back!

Casa de la Noche is a wonderful little gem in the heart of San Miguel. Walking distance to everything. If you have mobility issues, this lovely casa would be a challenge. There are stairs everywhere. Every room is completely different. Mine was very small but absolutely cosy for one and had windows that opened onto the interior. The only sound was of birds in the morning. Wifi was extremely poor. The breakfasts were delicious! Every day was different. Great coffee too. What makes this place extra special is the staff. From the owner; front desk staff; cooks and servers, and cleaning staff. They are all very friendly and extremely helpful. The Casa is exceptionally clean as well. I would stay here again without hesitation.

Authentically wonderful with meandering areas, patios, pathways, vegitation, etc. Exceptionally staff and cleanliness. Lovely meeting the owner who was hands on and joined in socially and appropriately - she was a delight and wealth of knowledge. Loved the breakfasts and gatherings, staff always very accommodating, fabulous coffee available earlier than scheduled, always appreciated. Nice to have wine on hand in fridge and some snacks on an honor system. We changed rooms for our last night (night 6) as our other room was booked and if there is a next time in SM, would certainly request and pay the extra for the upgraded newer and more modern room. Both had lovely outlooks, but the older one on garden level darker - well worth the upgrade in my opinion. Attracted great group of guests and we got to know a little, sit and chat and compare notes - all very friendly.

Think there was little too improve.

As a solo traveler, I feel safe at Casa De La Noche. My favorite thing is communal breakfast where I get to meet interesting people. Barbara takes good care of me. My room was spotless, and the outdoor space is charming. Casa De La Noche is a 6 minute walk from El Jardín, San Miguel's main plaza, located in the heart of the city.

The owner and staff are a pleasure. There was a wonderful sense of community among the guests which made breakfast special each morning.
