Casa de la Noche

What a treat!! Casa De La Noche provides a peaceful, beautiful, and romantic setting in an authentically Mexican atmosphere. The various courtyards, with lovely foliage and flowers and fountains, and warmly furnished public living rooms lend a wonderfully casual extension to the guest rooms. I can't imagine staying anywhere else to better compliment the gentle, quaint and lovely city of San Miguel de Allende. The guest rooms are clean and comfortable, and breakfast in the courtyard was so charming.

A charming boutique hotel in central San Miguel de Allende. Clean and comfortable. Beautiful garden courtyards perfect for reading and relaxing after walking around town all day. Helpful and courteous staff. Nice breakfast.

We had a terrific seven days at Casa de La Noche and we can't wait to go back. This was our first visit to San Miguel and this hotel is perfectly located for walking to pretty much everywhere we wanted to go. Fabulous clean and spacious room, hardly any noise, terrific breakfasts every day and excellent service.

It was comforting all around. Great location, breakfast,staff and style!

Was a delightful B&B where we stayed 8 nights. It is a cozy, well maintained lodging where you get personalized care during your stay if you should want outside input. You are greeted by a well-intentioned staff who helps you negotiate your stay by providing information and resources such a pickup to and from the airport, and breakfast every morning between 8:30-9:30 AM. It was our experience that guests come back annually because of the comfort and friendliness of the place. The place is a well-appointed setting nicely furnished and comfortable. There is an outdoor enclosed area where you can eat breakfast on pleasant days which consists of fruit, coffee, and a changing entree each day whereby you are offered a choice of entrees. The food is yummy and satisfying and a good start to the day. Every aspect of the place is clean and well maintained. Our room was large, comfortable and we even had our own private patio. The hostess, Barbara was a delight and it was clear that she enjoyed getting to know her guests and seamlessly able to direct us according to our interests. All and all, it felt like a home away from home which we were very grateful to experience for our first time in Mexico.

This hotel presents an unique experience as it is a converted bordello. It is in the "Centro" district and thus within walking or very cheap Uber ride distance from downtown attractions, Mask museum, Botanical Gardens, etc.. Rooms are very comfortable with adorable ensuite bathrooms. Hotel is filled with all manner of interesting art: sculptures, paintings, papiermâché figures, dolls, antique toys etc. Staff were all extremely helpful. Lovely breakfasts are included with nightly hotel rate and include choice of eggs cooked as you wish, as omelet or scrambled plus "Mexican" beans as well as mixed sliced fresh fruit plus fresh orange juice.

The property is beautiful and beautifully maintained. The staff are lovely…warm and friendly.

This was one of the most exceptional B&B experiences as it felt as though you were staying in someone's home. It is a compound of rooms and courtyards, with lots of communal places. There is artwork everywhere, and the atmosphere is restful. The staff are wonderful and full of good recommendations for sights to see and restaurants.
