"Magical place"

This is a magic place. The public and private spaces at this hotel are some of the most beautiful spaces we have ever seen at a small hotel. The hotel is located a a few steps from the more gentrified part of town, but it more than makes up with charm. The staff and service were fabulous. I do not believe that there is a better place to stay in San Miguel.

Friendly and funny staff, beautiful and spacious room, great shower, comfortable bed, charming spaces throughout the hotel. Everything was well maintained. Easy to walk to the center but just far enough away on a quiet street that we were able to escape the hustle & bustle and noise.

Main Hotel WiFi didn’t work in our room (they use a consumer grade mesh WiFi system that is inadequate for this purpose and likely misconfigured), but we found a separate fiber gateway in the room that seemed to be dedicated for the Smart TV and were able to connect to that for fast and reliable internet.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa de la Noche in San Miguel de Allende. The host was incredibly welcoming and helpful, and the staff were attentive, kind, and made us feel right at home. The location is excellent—quiet and charming, yet just a short walk to the historic center, restaurants, and shops. A beautiful, comfortable place to stay in SMA. Highly recommended!

"Like being welcomed into someone's cherished home"

Staying at Casa de Noche felt like being a welcome guest in someone's home. Barbe is rightfully proud of the Casa and its history and is a lovely host. The rooms are clean, unique and comfortable. The courtyard is delightful. The Casa is perfectly located and an easy walk to most everything in San Miguel de Allande. Barbe also has a wealth of information on the area and can make fabulous recommendations on things to do/where to go.
