Le Meridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort

The hotel is newly renovated and staff was very nice. The lady in the kids club was great with kids and kids club itself is quite good. I liked that there is outdoor section which is very safe and protected from rain. The pool slides quite good and safe for little kids. The beds in room were very comfortable.

This was a good 4 star service but not a 5 star and not Le meridian level. 1) Check-in was fine but they forgot to give us welcome drink. The other guest who arrived after us got it served (that's how we found out about it). 2)The food quality was very average. All our family had upset stomachs after each meal. My daughter had cried because of it. Food just didn't taste good. 3)Breakfast was very limited and many dishes were just not tasty. The worse croissants I tried. 4)The pool was always dirty with leaves and brunches, I never have see anyone cleaning it. 5)No service around the pool. Hotel was quite empty and would be nice for guests and for hotel budget to have someone passing by occasionally so we could order a drink or food. Believe me, we would consume much more if we would have it available. 6)Instant coffee in the room when most of the 5 stars hotels in Phuket already have coffee machines. 7)The kids club had on display all sort of unhealthy snacks which promotes bad food habits. Overall we could feel that staff is nice and trying their best but needs more guidelines and trainings from management. As people who live in Phuket and stayed in many 5 star hotels, including Le Méridien Phuket Beach Resort, this was the most disappointing experience so far.

We had an amazing stay at Le Méridien Phuket Mai Khao Beach Resort. The hotel is beautiful, peaceful with excellent facilities and a wonderful atmosphere. A special thank you to Berry, Sol, and Belinda for their outstanding hospitality and warm attitude. Their kindness, professionalism, and attention to detail made our stay truly memorable. The service was exceptional from beginning to end. Highly recommended — we will definitely come back again!

Stayed at this beautiful property for two nights and had a truly wonderful experience. The hospitality throughout our stay was exceptional, with every team member being warm, attentive, and welcoming. A special mention to Mai, Noolek, Som, Time, and Nay at the breakfast hall for their gracious service and genuine care each morning. They truly elevated the experience and made our stay even more memorable. We look forward to returning again soon.

Amazing beach side property, one of the closest Mariott properties to Phuket airport and away from the hustle of the other beaches south of the airport. The Le Meridien Phuket Mai Khao beach resort has a great atmosphere with gardens, pools and beach front. Sadly being rainy monsoon season the sea was too rough to swim but surely in season would be a super beach to be at. Rooms are clean, spacious and well kept by the housekeeping team. The front office reception the bell boy team is always service with a smile. We thank them all as got upgraded being Mariott Bonvoy members. The F&B team at Nook where we are dinner each day has a nice ambience and staff very courteous. I cannot remember the names of the staff but they are very good at service and hospitality. Food was delicious. Special thanks to the J's Cafe and restaurant team with their exceptional service every morning at Beekfast. It's a tough job to always serve with a smile. Special appreciation and thank you to J's team of Mai, Noolek, Time, Song, Nay to name a few of thebstaff and not to forget Chef Partho and all the staff at the property for exceeding service standards. Will surely return to Le Meridian Mai Khao when in Phuket next.
