Close to town, had all the amenities. Easy for tuktuk drivers to find which was a relief. Would have been nice if a laundry service was offered as I couldn't find one in Phnom Penh at all.

Kind of in the middle of nowhere. And rather hard to find
Huone oli todella pimeä, koska vieressä oleva rakennut peitti päivänvalon. Osa lampuista vain toimi. Viereisissä rakennuksissa vietetään häitä joka ilta ja meteli on sen mukaista. Varustetaso ei vastannut, mitä hotelli ilmoitti. Ei ollut vedenkeitintä, kalusteita parvekkeella, tohveleita, kylpytakkia (vaikka en olisi kahta viimeistä tarvinnutkaan) ja jääkaappi oli todella likainen. Vessapaperin saanti kesti kaksi päivää. Muuten ihan ok, maksoimme 12 euroa yöltä ja se vastasi hintalaatusuhdetta.
everything was fine here but its a bit of a ways from the real touristy area so walking it would not be convenient. All else was just fine.
AUIf i could give this place a 0 rating I would. Although the staff are friendly, there are many things wrong with this hotel and I guess you get what you pay. There are ants everywhere, the sheets are never changed and toilet paper is not provided. I asked for toilet paper and they said they didn't have any. My sheets had blood on them and I asked them to change it and they said they didn't have any. I was shocked at the response and considering I am Cambodian myself, I thought they would've gone the extra mile to help me out. The maintenance in the rooms are at 0 as well. Half the lights don't work and I got locked in my room for over an hour because the door would not open and I had to call the front reception to get help. The beds are extremely hard and uncomfortable so you wake up with a sore back and outside is very loud so you're lucky to get a few hours sleep a night. I highly recommend anyone staying in Phnom Penh to keep this hotel off your list!
We booked the room with furnished balcony. However, there was no any furniture on the balcony and it opened to a wall of half-constructed building so there was no any view and actually the balcony was useless. Balconies with view seemed to start from next floor. The staff promised to change the room next day but it didn't happen. Generally, the room was clean and very spacious.
The location is about a 3 dollar tuk tuk into the centre, but if you're planning on the killing fields etc then it's all dispersed outside of the centre anyway so you're going to spend on tuk tuks regardless. It's in a very 'local' part of town in the sense that some restaurants wing serve you if you're western. Bit off-putting. We managed ok though and area was quiet- which we wanted. The room did not exactly look like the online photos (photoshop!!), but it was adequate. Our main issue was that the maids did not sweep under the beds so there was rotting goodness knows what under there- which attracted ants! They were helpful enough to clear this up but it didn't completely get rid of the ant problem. This didn't ruin our stay and for £9 a night, I suppose it's to be expected, especially since the surrounding streets are in much worse state!
