Tierra Viva Cusco Saphi Hotel

I had a very positive experience during my stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly agreeable, helpful, and genuinely friendly, which made me feel welcome right away. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The location was perfect—peaceful, charming, and well-connected to everything I needed. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back. Highly recommended!

Stayed 3 nights. Staff very friendly especially Virgilio. Location only a few blocks from the historical site. Breakfast was our favourite in Peru as not only the scramble eggs was nicely cooked, they provide avocado which is a plus point! Their passion fruits were so sweet. Rooms are big , extra large king size bed & modern bathroom. We enjoyed our stay!

The hotel is very good. 24-hour tea station. Very helpful personnel at the reception. The location is unbeatable: 7-10 minutes walk from the main square. The only complain is that hot dishes for breakfast are cold. Cold omleеtte and pasta from the fridge is really weirdю The breakfast itself is nornmal, fresh fruit, avocado, cheese. But do something to warm the food before serving.

Not properly central but less than 10' walking from plaza de armas, nice building, good breakfast, helpful staff, clean and reasonably priced.

Our room showed the signs of the age of the building. The floor was sagging a bit in places and the carpet needs replacing. The street noise was a bit disruptive.

Tierra Viva Saphi felt like a home away from home. The location is perfect—close to everything but still peaceful. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always ready to help. The hotel itself is cozy, clean, and full of charm. Would absolutely stay here again.
