"Short"

Need more trash cans and it ask me if I need shuttle I put in a request for one and they said that they never had a shuttle so I had a had time getting a lift to my event and getting one back I was traveling with a 4 and 12 yr old so it made it a bit hard on me and it said they had a pool and it was out of service so not what I signed up for

Actually I spent all my time working on my photos when I was in the room otherwise I was about and about most of the time.

For some reason my devices didn't seem to wat to charge when using your outlets? I am home now and everything is charging fine, no biggie though.

"Manager and Housekeepers are horrible!"

Location is fine. near the expressway

The staff was very rude, asked us to check out early because of our service pets. Didn't provide pet policy or proof of reason on being asked to leave.
