Hotel Masseria Fortificata Donnaloia

Wunderschön und ruhig gelegen, eine schöne Anlage, schöner Pool, geschützter Frühstücksbereich im Freien. Restaurant war geschlossen, gibt aber in der Nähe genug Möglichkeiten. Das erste Zimmer war klein, Bad winzig , die Klimaanlage hat nicht funktioniert. Wir haben dann das Fenster aufgemacht, allerdings war der Hof davor hell erleuchtet und in aller Früh schien uns die Sonne ins Gesicht. Auf unsere Beschwerde hin bekamen wir ein größeres Zimmer mit 2 Fenstern, die man in der Nacht offen lassen konnte. Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Parkplatz allerdings sehr staubig. Alles in allem etwas überteuert für das was geboten wird.

Spezielle Location. Gemütlich und nett. Keine 5 Sterne. Sehr gutes Morgenessen. Terrasse mit Aussicht. Ruhig. Auto ist notwendig.

Non capisco come la struttura possa essere a 5 stelle, ma io ritengo che possa essere al massimo un 3 stelle. Il bagno della camera è ridicolo, ma angusto è arredato in modo molto spartano. Il lavandino non faceva defluire l'acqua, ma il phone era rotto, and la doccia era molto piccola. Al nostro arrivo volevamo cenare ma ci è stato detto che la sala era tutta occupata da un battesimo e poi ci hanno detto che potevano cenare ma solo all'interno. Il centro benessere è difficilmente disponibile perché occupato da esterni dell'Hotel. La colazione è ridicola. Dovrebbe essere declassato.

Why is the pool area only open between 10-18.00?? If you would like a morning swim or relaxing in the late afternoon when it is no so warm ...you can´t use the pool..Why?? The food can also be improved and the waiter should definitely know what they are serving...not answering that this is something that the kitchen will know!!!! The breakfast was huge in terms of sweets bur for foreign guests with other breakfast habits they could improve. It was rather noisy from the room above where we lived...It was not really price worthy!!! See the need of the customer is something that they must improve!!!

Very nice hotel however our standard room had the smallest shower I have ever seen and the bed was the hardest mattress.We spent 2 weeks in Puglia this was our most expensive room

Hotel staff very friendly and helpful. The room was clean but with a very very small shower. We did not like the small and type of blankets on the bed. At first the duvet was outside the cover, with only a duvet with a sheet - no duvet cover! And it was not a good quality duvet and was quite horrible to sleep under it! They did not understand our complaint about this at first but after we showed them they have put duvet covers on the beds with the duvets inside.
