"A "nice" hotel not quite 5 star but a worthy four"

Stayed here on the first day of the season that the pool closes. If you stay from 1st October and the sun is shining and the temperature is warm, sorry the pool is now shut for the season....... not very flexible. Apart from that niggle and we weren't the only one's particularly people of children, then this hotel is not bad. Its restaurant is very good and the breakfasts in particular are impressive. The restaurant staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and social. Wine list small but good . Rooms were clean and had everything you needed just not luxury that you would expect in a five start hotel. We didn't pay too bad a price but it seems that this area can be pretty expensive when in season particularly the gym and leisure club associated with the hotel in their grounds, that seemed to have the same astronomical pricing all year round..

Enjoyable stay on the beautiful Puglia coast. Staff was friendly and helpful, breakfast was excellent... we loved their complimentary bikes.. overall an awesome stay

"Ospitalità di basso livello ad alto prezzo"

Le Cinque stelle sono totalmente fuori luogo. La camera assegnatami era un seminterrato buio e umido. Ho richiesto immediatamente un'altra sistemazione che mi è stata concessa, ma negli ultimi due giorni di soggiorno sono dovuto ritornare nella stanza seminterrata, sul pavimento passeggiava un discreto numero di formiche. La ristorazione interna è ad un livello non accettabile. Il menù è stampato su fogli di cartoncino decorato e plastificato e, naturalmente, non è cambiato per tutto il periodo. Logico sospettare l'utilizzo di semipreparati, assente la verdura fresca se non in forma di insalata mista.

La spiaggia dell'albergo è ad oltre 2 km. Il lido dove si poggia l'albergo è un vero CARNAIO. Non è da hotel a 5 stelle come si definisce e per quanto si paga ( la mia camera sia pure ad Agosto l'ho pagata oltre € 400 a notte senza che la ripassassero la sera e senza il totale ricambio della biancheria).Ho cenato una sola sera ed è stato un disastro. L'albergo non è dotato di SKY. Per essere a 5 stelle una delusione!!!!! Dotato soltanto di una piccola e modesta piscina per bambini.

"Agréable séjour "

Très bel hôtel, ancienne bâtisse, chambres fraîches en saison chaude, personnel sympathique, vue sur la mer, bon petit déjeuner, à 2km de la plage de l’hotel, transat réservés, jolie plage. Belle terrasse mais pas exploitée pour boire un verre ça aurait été sympa avec la belle vue. Pas de terrasse ou balcon dans notre chambre car en demi sous sol, mais ce qui lui a valu d’être bien fraîche même sans clim!

"Not a 5 star. Not even close."

O hotel não é um cinco estrelas. Está longe disso. A cama, travesseiros e roupa de cama não são de boa qualidade, o café da manhã é fraco. Amenities desfalcados, apenas shampoo e body wash. Os pontos altos são a localização e o atendimento do staff que é excelente.
